St Lukes Hall, St Luke's Pl, Cheltenham GL53 7HP
When we think of the 1920s, we imagine an exciting era full of change, with a hint of magic and anticipation in the air. While not everything was rosy, the music of that time was undoubtedly at its very best — and it was also the first golden age of the ukulele!
In this workshop, we’ll play (and of course sing!) one of those timeless tunes, perfectly suited to the ukulele. We’ll explore left- and right-hand techniques straight from the 1920s and learn simple yet effective ways to really make it swing!
This workshop is ideal for anyone familiar with the most common chords.
