This free work shop is for anyone who feels called to perform whether that be in front of their family in the living room or on a more formal bigger stage but feel crippled by stage fright and lack of experience. All abilities welcome.
 
During this hour long workshop Matt will be helping you to dissect stage fright and how to use it to your advantage. In this very safe environment, you'll be invited to share your thoughts and experiences and share in dialogue with Matt about how to combat nerves and give your best. Matt will also go through some top tips of performing on stage and then there will be limited opportunity to perform or even just stand in front of a mic for experience.
